Electronic music artist Julia Tamzyn is set to release her highly anticipated second EP, Journeys, on the Elevator Program label. Journeys is a four-track sonic experience that takes listeners on an evocative journey through downtempo house music. Available on 18th October, Journeys explores the deep connection between emotion and place, blending nostalgic soundscapes with modern electronic beats.
Inspired by Julia’s own travelling experiences, Journeys reflects the highs and lows of both physical travel and emotional growth. Each track encapsulates the essence of those pivotal moments—whether it's the thrill of departure, the calm of a quiet city night, or the bittersweet feeling of return.
"I wanted to create something that resonates with people who connect with the beauty of the journey, including those we go on personally," says Julia. "Each track is like a postcard, capturing the emotional landscapes of the places I travel to and how I feel on the way. I am delighted to be releasing again with the Elevator Program label as Will has been a great encouragement in getting this EP together."
